Influenced by a waitress styled notebook, this book physically demonstrates the connections made throughout The Waitress. This is done through the use of decorative typographic ligatures and a single folio within the book.

As ligatures require a level of awareness and understanding to notice them, their use within the text was the perfect tool for expressing the connections and overall moral behind the story.
